We are ferocious about fit and living our mission of inspiring people to feel great, feet first.We seek people who: Develop and communicate comprehensive brand strategy Ensure product developed is consistent with brand directives Establish strategic plans to increase sales with both existing and new accounts, as well as secure new accounts Determine distribution of financial resources through returns, allowances and advertising and achieve divisional financial objectives Travel to markets to establish and maintain strong partnerships with senior management of accountsWe seek people with these qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business preferred 7+ years wholesale or retail sales experience Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Experience managing a team and developing both field and corporate relationships Ability to set strategy and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Sales management reporting experience in SAP/BI a plus Ability to travel (25%)But most of all, we seek people who share our values and our ferocity for fit.People passionate about their work.
