• Provide direct customer support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries. • Provide training for all treasury management services, including but not limited to; ACH processing, business internet banking, sweep accounts, positive pay, monthly and annual CDs, and Remote Deposit Capture. • Complete system setup and maintenance for existing and new treasury management products and services. • Prepare customer documents required to establish or maintain treasury management services and commercial deposit accounts. • Assist Retail associates with treasury management services referrals. • Assist business customers who have experienced fraud on their account. • Open new accounts as needed by Commercial or Treasury Management Executives. • Provide specialized line of business support. • Other special projects as directed.
Education and Training
• College degree preferably in business, accounting or finance or High School diploma and 2 years related work experience. • Previous banking or finance and customer service experience preferred. • Prior experience in roles identifying customer needs to expand relationships. • Requires strong background working with a variety of PC operating systems and anti-virus software. • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Adobe Acrobat.
