(Jr, Mid, Sr, Principal) QA Engineer
Year long Contract with HIGH likelihood of extension and/or conversion
Denver Tech Center - Greenwood Village
The quality assurance engineer creates tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched. He or she will identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them. He or she also must pay very close attention to detail and coach their team on managing testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement. A normal work day for a quality assurance engineer includes developing new tests to run, running the tests, and documenting the results; if any defects are noted the quality assurance analysts will need to collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program. Once the defect has been patched, they will need to run the test again to make sure there are no new bugs and to make sure the defect found has been corrected. The team this individual will be joining owns the company’s mobile application on iOS and Android for their direct and retail customers.

·1+ years of experience in QA testing – automation and/or manual OR a degree and/or bootcamp in related field (computer science, computer engineering, QA, etc.)
·Experience working with HP ALM and/or JIRA
·Experience utilizing Selenium
Nice to Have’s:
-Telecom Specific experience
·Develop new tests to run based on the code and product specifics
·Run the tests accordingly
·Documenting the results
·Communicate with the software engineers on bugs, code, etc.
·Collaborate and effectively communicate with the other testers
