Broadway Equipment Company is a family-owned car wash manufacturer based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota that has been in business for over 40 years selling to new car dealerships worldwide. We are looking for a full-time employee to help bring our equipment to new dealerships and maintain quality relationships with existing customers in the Virginia & Maryland area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our Outside Sales Representatives are vital to the success of the company. They are key in introducing the Broadway Car Wash experience and our Auto Butler Customer Retention Program to new car auto dealerships in the area. They are often the first impression new dealerships receive of the company.
The primary duty of our outside sales representatives is to make regular visits to current and potential customers (car dealerships) in their market place to evaluate the service and ownership experience. For current customers, they also do a quick inspection of already installed equipment and identify existing or upcoming maintenance items.
Qualifications and Skills
The right candidate will have experience in car wash management or working within a car dealership. This position is fully remote and therefore requires someone who has excellent communication skills, is self-motivated and driven to succeed. Our sales team is the first point of contact a dealership has with our product which makes it extremely important that our sales team have excellent customer service skills in order to enhance the car wash ownership experience from the very beginning.
Other qualifications include:
We offer two compensation structures, base pay + commission or full commission. Commission-based pay plan available after 6-month training for a motivated salesperson. Monday through Friday workweek. Competitive wages ($70,000-$80,000 Starting) based on experience. Future residual Auto Butler income and car wash commissions can add an additional $100,000 income.
