F-35 Cross Domain Solution Engineer, Senior
Everyone knows security needs to be baked in to a system architecture, but you actually know how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface. What if you could use your Cybersecurity engineering skills to design and build secure systems for the F-35 Fighter aircraft? Were looking for a cross-domain security engineer who can create solutions for the F-35 program that will stand up to even the most advanced Cyber threats.
As a cross-domain Cybersecurity engineer on our project, youll be determining the multilevel security and sovereign security requirements for the US Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and the 13 international buyers of this aircraft. Youll coordinate work within the Joint Program Office and the Original Equipment Manufacturer to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customers mission system and off-board mission system needs and future requirements into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solution, so youll investigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. Youll lead the team through a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. This is a chance to make a difference in the security of the most modern and technically advanced fighter aircraft in the world. Your technical expertise will be vital as you help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating cutting-edge security practices. Youll be able to broaden your skillset beyond networks into weapons systems protection for protecting our warfighters from enemy Cyber intrusions. Join our team as we protect and improve our nation's warfighting capability through Cybersecurity.
