Serve as a Change Management Specialist supporting the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A). Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the program by analyzing the communications requirements of change initiatives, assisting with performing stakeholder engagement and analysis, developing and executing change communications plans, and writing and creating effective communication products. Contribute to the development of metrics and measurement strategies to assess effectiveness of communication products and campaigns. Provide research, writing, and analytical support to teams for change management projects to support objectives. Execute stakeholder engagement, including communications and measurement plans for subordinate organizations, assist with the preparation of presentations, and maintain daily contact with quality improvement subject matter experts and regular contact with all levels of client management and employees. Work with the change management team to drive faster adoption, greater usage, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved.
-5+ years of experience with transformation, organizational change management, or performance management
-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
-Experience with strategic planning, performance assessment, business transformation, post-merger integration, client segmentation, missions and functions alignment, change assessment, stakeholder analysis, or governance
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating accurate spreadsheets with Excel and presentations with PowerPoint that follow sound vertical and horizontal logic
-BA or BS degree
-Ability to deliver management consulting services to the federal government
-Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients on client-site
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
