If so, the Big Tac team is looking for a Systems Engineer to be part of a dynamic team that models the constructive environments in support of Training Systems for several fixed wing fighter programs. Engineers on this team are responsible for all phases of the modeling lifecycle including derived requirements, architecture, design, implementation and test. This includes the tools and applications associated with the planning, operating, monitoring and controlling of a real time constructive forces simulation. They are also directly involved in planning their own work as part of the agile methodology, with a focus on technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Understanding of working with a software development team is desired as knowing the lifecycle of a software product will be extremely important. This candidate will work closely with the programs and associated systems engineers that this product supports. Duties will include coordinating with the programs and then planning the work for the software development team.
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
