Our client is a national medical billing company that provides a variety of services, including accounts receivable management, billing, billing software, and finance/administration. They are hiring a Revenue Management Associate to oversee and perform all things accounts receivable. The Revenue Management Associate will proactively create and execute a plan around weekly responsibilities. Focus: Responsible for the full accounts receivable cycle including establishing credit, invoicing, tracking payments received/due, and accounting for unpaid payments. Answer the telephone. Accurately document patient accounts. Ensure compliance with billing standards laws. Identify and correct compliance issues, documentation shortfalls, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend workable solutions. Other responsibilities as needed. Skill Set: 0-2 years year full cycle accounts receivable/medical billing experience. Anesthesia invoicing software such as F1RSTAnesthesia, Imagine Anesthesia, AdvantEdge, MedSuite, or PHI Medical Office Solutions is preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and effectively communicate instruction.
