WHO WE ARE HIRING:


BirdEye is hiring a Salesforce Administrator who will be an in-house expert, offering immediate support to our Sales org. You will be pivotal in leveraging your Salesforce knowledge to help build and customize applications, supporting users to maximize the platform and improve processes.

Requirements:

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Configure and maintain the Salesforce instance, including but not limited to: creating and modifying Users, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Automated Alerts, Field Updates, Page Layouts, Data Integrity standards and practices and Security functionality
  • Create Reports and Dashboards that appropriately represent complex merges and joins of the instances data with a care for scalability and longevity
  • Maintain all internal documentation regarding how the Salesforce Org is constructed
  • Handle all inbound User requests and respond to them in a brisk and appropriate fashion
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritize, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, analysts, strategists and developers to provide the most pertinent solutions to our business requirements


WHAT YOULL DO:

  • 5+ years of proven Salesforce.com experience in an Administrative and/or Development capacity
  • Broad understanding of CRM Best Practices
  • Demonstrable ability to assess an existing Salesforce instance and recommend then implement ways to improve the overall scalability and reliability of the system and data model
  • Grasp of relational databases and how to optimize Salesforce data for future reporting needs
  • Experience migrating a large Salesforce instance over to Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience collecting requirements and building custom Salesforce applications
  • Ability to prioritize across several stakeholders to focus on what is the highest value to the business overall
  • Superb communicator and team player
  • Salesforce Admin Certification a plus
  • Agile experience a plus
