SAP Customer Service Representative
Manufacturing company in West Charlotte is looking for a SAP Customer Service Representative. Contract with potential to go perm. Regular business hours. Pay = $42-45k based on experience.
Responsibilities: Analyze customer sales performance metrics, identification of key trends and patterns Consolidate and summarize analytical data for business decision making and continual improvement Manage non-revenue activities supporting Account Managers to enable them to focus on core sales activities Evaluate internal and external data to refine and constantly improve forecast accuracy Assume lead ownership of a customer issue until resolved or redirected Create and drive processes that ensure efficient operation while assuring quality customer service Records customer complaints in database and follows up to ensure completion Professionally service each customer to enhance their service experience Manage & solve customers' problems through to resolution by leveraging resources and internal teams Demonstrate positive team behavior, inspire and support internal partners and teammates Lead key initiatives to support internal customers with all data and communication requirements Identify potential leads and upselling opportunities and advise outside sales team Manage customer needs and balance with internal sales, production, scheduling, shipping, and external distribution resources. Promote an internal team environment to assist in meeting sales objectives Maintains a proficient knowledge of all computer systems required to perform position responsibilities Attends continuous improvement opportunity to increase skill set Continuous education of company's product offerings Continually cross trains with all Sales Specialists Identifies new/undiscovered efficiencies to improve customer service
Requirements: Solid computer skills (SAP required) 3+ years of experience as a CSR or Sales Assistant in a manufacturing environment Previous inside sales experience Capability to efficiently respond to impromptu situations Ability to work well in a team environment Proficient multi-tasking skill set Advanced analytical and ownership skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills
