The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking an undergraduate student in their sophomore, junior, or senior year for a summer internship in the bank's Research Department majoring in Economics, Math, or Computer Science.
The intern will explore the CoreLogic multiple real estate listing data with two goals in mind:
Researchto see how homeowners and investors differ in their asking price in the listing
Researchto see how homeowner/investors posted rent differ.
Proficient in Research experience.
Proficient with the programming language Stata.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Excellent attention to details.
Excellent organizational skills.
Successful candidate must be a strong team player.
Background investigations including drug testing are required for all new hires as a condition of employment, after the job offer is made. Employment may not begin until the Bank accepts the results of the background investigation.
Sitting at a computer for long periods of time.
