This role involves managing a full cycle desk with a focus on C-level, senior roles in finance, real estate, and creative. What you will do: Work closely with the candidate and client throughout the rigorous, full-cycle recruiting process including but not limited to: Customizing pitch books for business development and search engagement purposes Attending client kick-off meeting and progress calls Drafting tailored job specifications for searches Creating search strategy with engagement team In conjunction with Research, identifying top talent with the use of candidate search engines, social media tools, job postings, and referrals Thoroughly screen candidates to assess skill level, experience and cultural fit in relation to each roles requirements and responsibilities Utilizing CRM software to track active searches and candidates throughout the search process Conducting extensive referencing on final selected candidate(s) Coordinating with Compliance on candidate background checks Interest in building a team; mentoring and developing new talent What you will need: Bachelor's degree required; major in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required 2+ years of experience in recruiting/executive search services required Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Goal-oriented individual with a strong interest in learning and growing in the recruiting industry Ability to multi-task with a meticulous attention to detail in an extremely fast-paced environment Must maintain the utmost professionalism, confidentiality and integrity Why you'll love working with us: We provide a beautiful modern office space in Century City with an open floor plan, incredible contemporary artwork and tons of sunlight.
