The Software Product Manager plans, scopes, and delivers IT-enabled initiatives across all levels of the organization. This role partners with functional leaders to define and drive a complex set of projects from inception through completion. This role ensures delivery of best in class solutions, while ensuring scope, timelines, budgets and expected benefits are delivered per agreed plans. The Product Manager is accountable for establishing a clear vision for his/her focus area, building organizational capability, driving execution, and improving performance.
Collaborate with functional leaders to develop value driven proposals for IT-enabled solutions in support of Atria?s key initiatives.
Provide leadership and direction to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.
Review, rationalize and integrate multiple work streams, including coordination with cross-functional teams and consideration for impacts to other initiatives and existing systems in a structured, cohesive program plan.
Ensure that risks and issues are assessed and managed, and resources and conflicts are identified and resolved.
Develop complex financial models to analyze trends, and understand impact of various operational strategies. Draw conclusions, recommend strategies and effectively communicate those to functional leadership.
Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and evaluating of assigned staff in accordance with Company guidelines.
Manage day-to-day responsibilities of the team while balancing operations, ad-hoc requests, deadlines and budgets.
Manage, develop and grow team through coaching, feedback and mentorship.
May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Bachelor?s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Ten (10) years of professional IT or related experience.
Real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and/or multi-family housing industry experience preferred.
Five (5) years in a management position within IT.
Experience with multiple development methodologies e.g. Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
Experience with outsourcing/co-sourcing/managed services with onshore and offshore providers.
Proven track record of successfully executing programs that meet strategic enterprise-wide objectives in a dynamic, high growth environment.
Proven ability to build relationships and to influence individuals at all levels in the organization, as well as with external vendors and service providers.
Strong capacity, scheduling and resource management experience, as well as strong financial/budget management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong grasp of IT infrastructure and application development technology and architectures.
Expertise with Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
