We are looking for a senior product manager to join our Customer Success team. Your will be guiding how our professional services teams use technology to deliver project outcomes. You will secure alignment of technology capabilities with organizational goals, so that technology is a strategic lever to improve service delivery. will define a product vision, develop business cases for development, ensure that product features meet business requirements, and drive the creation and delivery of new capabilities.

70% Product and Portfolio Ownership
Collaborate with line management and senior leadership among our stakeholder partners to build a technology plan that aligns with operational goals and priorities
Talk to end users, understand their needs, and find opportunities to improve their work experience
Assemble, prioritize and drive a product roadmap, showing where and when we will invest in key initiatives, ensuring that items are aligned with broader business objectives
Facilitate build vs. buy decisions among technology vendors
Engage with external consulting partners to define project outcomes, facilitate execution and delivery, and ensure that goals are met or exceeded
Identify methods to effectively measure success of strategies and initiatives and to bring transparency and visibility to the work
Define and write epics and user stories, within Agile methodology norms, to articulate business requirements for the problems to solve
30% Cross-functional Leadership
Remain current with commercially available technology solutions. Guide teams toward tools that best fit operational needs, and away from those that will present future roadblocks
Serve as a trusted advisor to the service delivery teams; advocate for their business challenges and opportunities as we define enterprise-wide technology strategies
Ensure alignment with Customer Success leadership, other key stakeholders, and company business strategies
Manage the priorities and expectations of multiple stakeholders (e.g. users, service delivery teams, other product teams)
Remove blockers/obstacles for execution teams
Bachelors Degree required; Degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer Science, Business, or Product Design preferred
5-7 years working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups to apply software solutions to business problems
Awareness of the operational needs and management requirements of professional services organizations
Sufficient understanding of the Salesforce product suite and ecosystem to gut check technical feasibility and timelines, and remove technical development barriers
Understanding of product management best practices within an agile development organization
Demonstrated success at driving innovation in a dynamic environment using analytics and data-driven decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Watertown is our Global Headquarters and our campus, the Arsenal on the Charles, is home to a number of restaurants, a local gym, and a large outdoor space.
