We are actively seeking an experienced well-qualified Collections Production Manager to join our growing team in our Houston office. The Production Manager will work with the Site Director to lead the Production teams in an effort to help them achieve production (revenue) targets, meet client performance goals, and ensure the continued success of our Account Representatives. Essential Duties:

  • Collaborates with Site Director to develop production (revenue) targets and strategy for client performance. Measures and reports performance and results.
  • Development of your supervisory team to implement strategies to improve and exceed client performance including relationships, revenue and quality.
  • Effectively manage quality components for each client assigned and ensures that all quality goals are consistently being met.
  • Manage and develop under-performing and new supervisors with specific coaching and development to increase performance, to include disciplinary matters when appropriate.
  • Work with higher performing Supervisors on developmental assignments and stretch opportunities.
  • Effectively manage Supervisors and Account Representatives to employee retention targets.
  • Set the day-to-day direction for a group of Supervisors and their assigned teams.
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA, client standards, company policies and all other state and federal guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent education & relevant experience.
  • Three to five years of increasing responsibilities in collections and/or call center experience.
  • Five years of progressive management experience with proven ability to lead and develop people.
  • Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA and other relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written, telephone and presentation.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective problem-solver who looks for creative solutions.
