Req 1: Need ServiceNow Developer 3 years of ServiceNow development experience 3 years of experience configuring and demonstrating solutions in the ServiceNow platform Thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities 5 years of software engineering experience (working with JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML etc.), SaaS applications, network operations (networks, protocols and email [SMTP, POP3]) Description : VISA: Any VISA except NO OPT OR CPT EADs What You ll Do Deliver on Teradata s cutting-edge vision of remote support and service automation, aiming to enhance the overall customer support experience Goal Oriented you ll be developing against solution roadmaps and business requirements while driving to meet implementation milestones Lead by Example your experience in best-in-class ServiceNow workflow development, deployment and maintenance practices and processes will show subject matter expertise Workflow Development ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Workflow Editor Requirements Analysis Test, analyze, collaborate, and assist with translating business requirements into technical specs to ensure smooth implementation of new enhancements, applications or modules Best Practices Develop, test, analyze, and certify all changes to the ServiceNow platform according to industry best practices Change Management Adhere to Teradata policies and procedures around testing, new application development, and all instance upgrades Testing Update & maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all workflows for use after the upgrade completes Partnering You ll work with various Teradata business process owners to deliver the highest quality product Keep your Skills Sharp Remain current on ServiceNow features and best practices as well as industry trends including ITIL and ITSM Your Background Bachelor s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or another related field 3 years of ServiceNow development experience 3 years of experience configuring and demonstrating solutions in the ServiceNow platform Thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities 5 years of software engineering experience (working with JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML etc.), SaaS applications, network operations (networks, protocols and email [SMTP, POP3]) Experience developing in an enterprise-level Agile SDLC environment Demonstrated ability to not only develop in ServiceNow, but to problem solve and troubleshoot to provide user support Development experience in scripting languages, Python preferred Extra Credit ServiceNow Admin Certification 3 years of experience with key ServiceNow integration solutions: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS Experience developing on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) ITIL Certification Knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and relational databases Req2: Job Title : Lead Developer ServiceNow 5 years of professional ServiceNow design and development experience Prior experience configuring and demonstrating solutions in the ServiceNow platform 8 years of overall software engineering experience in a variety of languages (JavaScript and Python strength preferred) Prior experience implementing ServiceNow best practices and procedures What You ll Do Deliver You ll help drive Teradata s cutting-edge vision of remote support and service automation, aiming to enhance the overall customer support experience Lead Help to build a team to leverage process automation to enable improvements within customer support Build Work closely with project architect to create collaborative solutions to achieve the vision and drive implementation of the capability to time-bound roadmap targets Teach Mentor the development team on industry best practices and cultivate subject matter expertise Advise Your expertise in technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow will help guide our roadmap Lead integrations between ServiceNow, LDAP, CMDB, Mid-server, Web Services, Email and other relevant technologies Design and Architect Automation Workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor Documentation Track and deliver technical design documents Requirements Analysis Test, analyze, collaborate, and assist with translating business requirements into technical specs to ensure smooth implementation of new enhancements, applications or modules Best Practices Utilize best practices for development, conducting thorough testing, analysis, and certification of changes to ServiceNow Change Management Adhere enterprise IT architecture, relational databases Demonstrated ability to not only design and architect in ServiceNow, but to problem solve, troubleshoot, and provide end-user support in ServiceNow Extra Credit ServiceNow Certification Experience Architecting ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) ITIL Certifications 5 years of experience with key ServiceNow integration solutions including
