Responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. Analyzing customer problems and providing information/solutions. Ability to operate a PC/image station and extract information carefully and thoughtfully documenting information, activities and changes in the database. Taking inbound and placing outbound calls as needed in a fast paced environment. Utilizing tools provided to answer questions effectively to internal and external customers. Providing a solution and researching for information when needed.
