Apex is looking for a Technical Recruiter II in San Francisco, CA 6 month contract / 9-5 schedule
•Possibility for extension or conversion pending work quality and team synergy
•There is 1 WFH day/week for the team
3-7 years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets (3-5 years)
Experience sourcing for SDEs (3-5 years)
Ideal candidate has sourced high-volume SDEs and supported larger technology companies. We are open to agency experience, but we need to see candidates who have also worked as Full-Time recruiters at these larger technology companies. If someone has done agency; What was the balance of hiring you had through 3rd parties versus sourcing through your own mechanisms?
