Andean Chevrolet of Cumming is hiring now for an Automotive Service Advisor! Service Advisor experience is required, as well as being motivated and having a great attitude! Our Service Department is growing and needs a Service Advisor now! Come start your career with us!

Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:
* Service Advisors greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services and products.
* Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
* Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
* Prioritize requested services and provide options.
* Document services declined.
* Ask for follow-up on future service appointments.
* Keep customers informed on completion times and expenses.
* Build relationships with the customers through exceptional customer service skills!

Service Advisor - Job Requirements:
* Automotive dealership experience required.
* Must be highly motivated and have a great attitude.
* Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* High school diploma or the equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
* Drug screen and background check required
