Electrical Power Engineer
Allied Resources is currently seeking a Electrical Power Engineer (T&D) for their top client in the Greater Reading, PA area. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, designing, testing and/or maintaining Low/High-voltage (4kV-500kV) electrical power distribution systems
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, (Electrical Engineering Ideal), and/or in another Engineering discipline
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Experience developing and reviewing One/Three-Lines, electrical schematics, P&C/Relay drawings, logic diagrams, specifications/requirements, standards, etc.
Experience performing power system studies, load flow analysis, power flow analysis, short circuit, ArcFlash, etc.
Background assisting with the permitting, interconnection services, design criteria requirements, technical specifications, etc.
Software experience: PSSE, PSLF, PSMOD, ASPEN, CAPE short circuit, ETAP
Knowledge of NERC CIP Compliance, and NERC Reliability Standards
E.I.T./P.E. License is highly desired
