  • What will a Executive Admistrative Assistant at Airgas do?

    The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to SeniorVPHR and team by handling information requests and performing clericalfunctions such as preparing correspondence and/or reports, working on specialassignments, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, schedulingmeetings, trips and events, while maintaining confidentiality.

    What You Can Look Forward to:

    Create reports, memos, letters and other documents using Google computer software.

    Answer inquiries from internal and external callers, screens call, relays messages, and greets visitors

    Coordinates and plan special projects, events, office activities and committee meetings, attend off-site meetings

    Maintains calendar, schedules appointments and meeting rooms.

    Makes travel and accommodation arrangements and compile, calculate and create expense reports according to internal rules

    Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

    Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.

    Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.

    Acts as a back-up to other administrative staff as needed.
