Work Hours/Shift:
Full-Time, Monday Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

Analyze data to identify problematic areas and processes and suggest improvements
Develop and maintain metrics and tools that support ongoing operational improvement initiatives
Track and disseminate appropriate metrics to relevant facility and Supply Chain personnel
Provide significant analytical input into the strategy and scope of operational improvement initiatives
Develop training materials and provide education via e-learning and instructor led programs to support operational improvement initiatives
Respond to training requests from the field, developing a plan to meet the needs
Collaborate and communicate with Supply Chain leadership and iSynergy teams to assist with operational and system optimization projects

Bachelors degree from a four-year accredited university or college
1-2 years experience working in data analytics
1+ years experience doing peer-to-peer training
Experience using an MMIS system
1-2 years experience working in Supply Chain.
