Store Manager

Supervises day to day operations of each assigned store
Meets or exceeds sales and revenue goals
Monitors all customer transactions, bank withdrawals and deposits daily
Continually trains and develops staff members
Ensures adequate staffing levels at all times
Routinely evaluates staff performance
Maintains a positive work environment
Communicates effectively with supervisor and supervised staff
Manages customer and employee concerns and complaints
Maintains a clean and safe lobby and workspace
Enforces the companys policies and procedures
Complies with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry


High School Diploma required
College Degree Preferred
Minimum 2 years management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant or other comparable business required
Cash handling experience preferred
Computer keyboard proficiency required
Must understand and be able to meet the demands of customer service focused retail environment
Must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
Have the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing always changing environment
Must be a great sales leader with excellent skills in driving store revenue growth
Must have reliable transportation and travel to a variety of locations in order
to meet staffing demands
Must be available to work all shifts, days, evenings, nights and weekends including a 24/7 on-call schedule
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
