ADP is hiring a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner interacts with line managers and HR organizations across different business segments. If success motivates you, you belong at ADP.We strive for every interaction to be driven by our CORE values: Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, & Social Responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES:Understands the business vision, values, strategy and drivers, and creates a productive partnership to deliver sustainable HR solutionsDrives collaboration across multiple segments units and HR functionsIs involved in a variety of project work that crosses all the disciplines of HR throughout the employee life cycleCoaches managers on individual and team issuesSupports Business Unit HR and Corporate HR strategies and plans and ensures effective local implementationPartners with other HR functions to deliver a well-rounded service to the clientDevelops business segment specific HR strategies to respond to changing business needsInfluences and prepares managers for talent reviewsPartners with managers to ensure consistent decisions are madeHandles employee relations issues. Partners with Employee relations and employment law to handle employee issuesPartners with Organization Development to recommend training interventionsLeverages data from multiple sources to drive behavior, allocate resources and effectively improve performanceQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:BA degree - HR field preferred or related degree 5+ years HR Business Partner or HR generalist work experience, within a large global organizationExperienced working within a Shared Services environmentDemonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and to foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activitiesStrong HRBP who worked with a client group, who is client facingStrong bias for action and keen sense of urgencyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDeveloped consulting capabilitiesProven ability to manage changeSkillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win-win solutions/outcomesREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Masters preferredGlobal org preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Masters preferredExpert employee relations background and experienceAdvanced analytical skills and experience applying MS Excel tools preferredDemonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and to foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activitiesStrong bias for action and keen sense of urgencyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDeveloped consulting capabilitiesProven ability to manage changeSkillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win-win solutions/outcomesWe're designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you're working for.
