KeyResponsibilities As a Workday Functional Manager, you shouldexpect to be involved in the following:

·Oversee all functionalwork streams on global Workday implementation projects

·Serve as the escalationpoint for critical functional issue resolution

·Manage on and off-shorefunctional teams

·Provide subject matterexpertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution

·Lead, mentor, counseland manage performance metrics of project staff

·Conductworking sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze businessrequirements.

·Architect Workday HCMsolution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functionalimpacts are considered and mitigated

·Adviseclients on industry standards and leading practices.

·Demonstratedesign options through the use of prototyping.

·Understandand apply Workday and Accenture DayNine methodologies.

·Provide the Project Managerwith status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.

·Demonstrate strongclient and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives

·Ensure the client takesadvantage of Workday best practices.

·Support innovationthrough the creation of new industry leading methods and assets


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

·Existingand up to date Workday HCM certification

·4+ years of consultingexperience, most recently in a Senior Consultant, Manager, or similar levelrole, preferably with a large consulting firm

·2+ years of hands-onexperience delivering Workday implementations in a leadership role

·Experience managingteams of 1+ persons

·Bachelor’s Degree

·Abilityand willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred Skills:

·3+ years priorexperience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.

·Thrive in a diverse, fast pacedenvironment.

·Think analytically and caneffectively apply logic to solve problems.

·Demonstrated commitmentand achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management

·Demonstratedunderstanding of the cross functional dependencies and impacts to conversionsand integrations

·Ability to handle multipletasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.

·Effective interpersonal skillsand the ability to collaborate and team with others.

·Excellent communication skills,both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages andrequirements.

·Strong desire to work withclients and provide exceptional client experiences.

·Deep HR knowledge andHR Technology experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP technologies(preferably cloud based)
