Finance professionals may also shape and execute client deals to maximize the use of Accenture's capital and resources, manage cash and/or liaise with the investor community.Job Description:Support North American financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint venture and equity investments. Focus on analyzing the quality of target company earnings, operating metrics, debt and debt-like items and net working capital, which may influence the outcome of the transaction. Provide advice to the corporate development deal team related to purchase agreements and negotiation points, ensuring Accenture's economics interests are protected. Provide continuity/transition to the post-merger integration and operational finance teams post-closing. Basic Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 2 years of experience with a Big Four firm in an audit, accounting or financial due diligence capacity or similar background at a major corporation (Fortune 500) Preferred Skills:Supported multiple financial due diligence projects MS AccountingCPA//CFA preferredAdvanced financial analysis and Microsoft Excel skillsProfessional Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and presentation skills Proven organizational skills Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilianApplicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture.
