The United States Army Futures Command (AFC) Headquarters (HQ) geographically dispersed research laboratories and engineering centers are developing advanced technology that will form the heart of the Army's future fighting force. Identification and protection of those technologies are essential to the Army's mission and capabilities. It is also essential that the Army understands the effect of the compromise to the supply chain and readiness of the future force should any adversary illegally acquire knowledge of the U.S. advanced technologies. AFC HQ and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) require an integrated Research and Technology Protection (RTP) program with the ability to perform these critical missions with a high degree of confidence of success. Familiar with Intelligence Community standards of analysis and production as well as requirements Management and IC query tools and databases. Capable of understanding and analyzing technical communications data and distilling information for non-technical production. Ability to present the results of analytic support and related meetings. Producing broad and complex all-source intelligence relative to a specific complex country/region(s) military operational capabilities and potential threat issues and topics. Be a technical threat expert and apply in-depth intelligence analytic skills to identify, assess, design, and report on highly complex technical and operational military capabilities, key military leadership, military policies, plans, strategies, intentions, and their impact on force developments. Apply a wide range of threat intelligence analytic skills to monitor, assess, and report on steady state operations and planning requirements. Responsible for leading ad-hoc cross-organization analytic projects. In conjunction with other senior analysts, develops and/or recommends complex analytic approaches to problems and situations for which data are incomplete, controversial, or which no precedents exist. Coordinate support to planned and ongoing CPI assessments, critical functions assessments (CFAs), vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and countermeasures determinations. Research, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate extremely complex all-source intelligence data pertaining to order of battle, force structure, strategic and conventional military capabilities and key military leadership. Experience and be capable of executive level oral and written communication. Advise S&T and T&E communities regarding threat capabilities for modeling. Researches future adversary capabilities to drive next generation material solutions. Assist in conducting briefings and debriefings of Research Development and Acquisition (RDA) technology Subject Matter Experts (SME) which support various AFC projects, programs, and initiatives in secure work facilities. Conduct all-source threat intelligence analytic assessments, which will address foreign comparative analysis and the impacts on Army technologies and programs. Assess the effectiveness of intelligence support to AFC MSCs. includes the development of threat intelligence analyses and data requirements for submission into the U.S. intelligence network and concludes with integration of assessment products into AFC, CFT, and other MSCs planning and execution. identify how the AFC can improve the threat intelligence assessment process and provide recommendations for modifications. Works in direct support of the cross-functional team (CFT) S2 and Director in providing intelligence support to CFT, Army Futures Command (AFC), and the future force modernization effort (FFME) Assists in producing and communicating intelligence analysis in accordance with established AFC processes as well as National Intelligence Prioritization Framework (NIPF), Defense Intelligence Analytical Priorities (DIAP), and Army Program of Analysis (POA) Researches, analyzes, produces, and communicates AIS-compliant (Intelligence Community Directive 203) intelligence products - to include red-threat roadmaps and other visual intelligence products (VIPs), and executive summaries on near-peer and other threats to U.S. Army systems and capabilities, and other CFT-relevant foreign emerging and disruptive technologies (EDT) Coordinates with DOD and Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, as well as non-traditional partners (NTPs) in academia and industry, to produce finished intelligence products and generate collections requirements. Integrates intelligence architecture in support of acquisitions and utilizes intelligence databases to support CFT development efforts. Advises the CFT Director and staff on intelligence considerations through analysis and tailored intelligence and threat products. Creates, submits, and reviews collection and production requirements. TS/SCI (must be open to CI Poly) Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, and eight years of intelligence analyst experience or without a Intelligence bachelor's degree must have an additional twelve years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in a time sensitive environment or with an interagency partner. 1 Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI ID: 2019-1792 </script>
