We are seeking a catering sales manager who can aggressively target and coordinate new business leads. Primary job responsibilities include initiating and developing quality leads to ensure growth of catering sales. Must have relative experience or sales experience.
Other important duties include booking, selling, planning and coordinating all special social events while ensuring the highest level of hospitality. Generating high dollar revenue, establishing new accounts, booking repeat business while keeping quality consistently high, all falls under the purview of a catering sales manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients.
Proven sales experience preferably in the hospitality industry but not essential
Proficient in use of Excel Spreadsheet, Word, Caterease program
Leadership experience in catering services required.
Experience in mid to large scale corporate catering, weddings and other social events
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication skills
