Overview Promote and sell RF360 SAW and BAW filters to major OEMS via Sales rep network as well as directly in territory/region. Promote sales of filters via distribution, manufacturer's rep network and distribution
Major focus on Revenue target, new opportunities development, key design wins, market share expansion and related reports - Managing all related business aspects with the account such as revenue acquisition, distribution management and promotion and manufacturer's rep management. Promote and sell all RF360 products across region - Drive strategic initiatives with the account and build relationship at all levels - Acting as the interface to the key accounts for all commodity managers and engineering groups. Daily customer communications and manage the key major customers requests.
10 year+ experience in Electronics and Sales
Preferred Technical knowledge of wireless market
A team player who can bounce back from being a customer or coordinator, in order enable or facilitate any activities aligned with company business goals and with cross-function teams.
Familiarity with product promotion and being able to engage with customers on these regards when needed
Flexibility to actively support diversity of the overall business teams in the Company.
Effective communication skills with cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical, within a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative engineering environment
Fluent English/communication skill in writing/speaking
Ability to travel Must be a team player who can bounce from sales and promotion of products, and have the ability to learn new systems to manage and track customer forecasts and sales force knowledge or any CRM tool a plus
