A Day in the Life

The Digital Commerce Operations Manager will lead and coordinate project documentation, requirements gathering, and release and regression testing surrounding development and integrations on the Garnet Hill website.

  • Coordinate, communicate and conduct user-acceptance testing of new code releases and third party integrations including development of test scripts as necessary
  • Provide leadership and collaborate with necessary stakeholders within Garnet Hill, Qurate Retail Group and third party vendors to develop best practices and improve existing functionalities
  • Lead site development recommendations based on customer feedback, business goals and metrics
  • Communicate and socialize new web functionality to the organization to ensure optimal launch and utilization of new enhancements
  • Lead cross-functional teams on web enhancement projects

    Must Haves
  • Bachelors Degree in E-commerce, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years experience as Business Analyst and/or Quality Assurance Tester for a sophisticated B2C e-commerce website
  • 2+ years experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in Google Analytics or other robust website reporting packages
  • Usage of Google Tag Manager or similar tracking tools
  • Expert professional/technical writing skills
  • Nice to Haves

    Understanding site issues including PCI and ADA compliance

    Experience with an apparel retail website
