Additional responsibilities for the Family Practice Physician FP include:You will see 18-20 patients per dayEvaluation and treatment of pediatric and adult primary care patients in the medical office settingEvaluation and management of the care of ambulatory surgery patients and hospital inpatients as appropriateProvision of proportional share of the 24/7 call coverage of the primary care populationParticipates in medical staff, hospital and committeesMaintains complete and accurate patient medical and other records with respect to services and treatment rendered to any patient, within 72 hours of provision of servicesInstructs/mentors medical students as mutually agreed upon with Director of Clinical Operations and Client AdministrationCompletes insurance credentialing forms and applications in a timely manner as requestedAttends mandatory training and education programs as determined by ClientParticipates in Quality Management and Risk Management programs and protocolsJob RequirementsWe are looking for dedicated and professional Family Practice Physician FP who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service.
